Great location, with easy access to transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained. the twin room we stayed in was spacious and had an excellent bathroom. The on-site restaurant was a wonderful surprise, offering delicious food at reasonable prices with attentive and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo with my family and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to Ginza station and conveniently located near all the restaurants in the area. We didn't even need to call a cab! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large lounge area and an extra-large bed. The bathroom was modern and had an excellent shower and tub room. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the charming open-air bar with its pleasant views. it was a wonderful stay!

That there were no drawers or shelving in the room, so we had to leave our belongings in suitcases.

I recently stayed at The Gate Hotel in Tokyo for a week-long trip. The location couldn't be better, with an array of restaurants and minimarts nearby. The spacious rooms, especially the classy king rooms I booked, were a delight. Plus, having the Ginza subway line right below the hotel, with an elevator connecting directly to the metro, made exploring the city super convenient. And let's not forget the shopping options like Dover Street Market and designer boutiques that were just a stone's throw away. The hotel truly offers great value for money.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was excellent. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to both the JR rail and Tokyo Metro Subway.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The Queen room we stayed in was a bit small, with limited space between the bed and the settee.

The hotel's location in the Ginza district next to a subway entrance is convenient for exploring different areas of Tokyo. Being able to access multiple subway lines right from the hotel's doorstep made getting around the city easy. the hotel is surrounded by an abundance of shopping and dining options within walking distance, adding to its appeal. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were great, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English well and providing excellent service.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to both the Tokyo Shinkansen Station and a local metro station. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The twin rooms are spacious and come with impressive bathrooms. The restaurant on the lobby floor offers delicious food with reasonable prices, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

The hotel lacks dedicated wait staff for the outside terrace, making it difficult to receive service in that area.

the private facilities were particularly outstanding, as I enjoyed soaking in the Jacuzzi and indulging in the room's advantages, such as the spacious and tastefully furnished triple room. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also noteworthy, serving delicious food and drinks.

Although the service was generally good, there was one minor issue that stood out. Despite the exceptional private facilities, one thing that could be improved is the bell boy service, as the wait time was longer than expected.

We loved the art-deco style decor throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the corridors and the rooms. It added a touch of elegance to our stay. The location was perfect, right in front of the Ginza underground station, making it easy for us to explore Tokyo. The free water bottle refills in the room and the TV with screen mirroring were nice amenities. The WiFi had excellent speeds and never gave us any issues. we had a great experience at The Gate Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Location can't be beat - metro station right at the doorstep of the hotel and a JR station just 5 mins across the road. Cleanliness of the space and rooms. Helpful and respectful staff. Efficient service and smooth transition.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, with extraordinary staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was extremely comfortable with lovely linens and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was impressive. The hotel is in a nice part of town with easy access to public transportation, cafes, and restaurants. Perfect for families, as they were helpful during our child's medical emergency.
